Control Valves are critical valves for modulating flow and managing plant safety and design pressures.

Actuator Brand, Type & Sizing selection is all handled by Mantis Valves team – allowing us to take full responsibility for an integrated Automated Valve. We will size actuation based on factory specific torque data and client specific safety factors also considering the maximum Actuator output against the maximum allowable stem torque (MAST) of the bare stem valve. We will also modify stem material selection of the valve if needed to increase the valve MAST if needed.

For Pneumatic and Hydraulic operation, Mantis Valves team will standardize design a control panel in line with client project requirements. Mantis Valves will manage the process for mount, fit and function test alongside client project specific orientation of actuator and control panels as required.
